Ioannis Coffee Chef is a hospitality interior design project by Wolfskins Interiors located in Manhattan, New York City. The design was developed as a refined coffee shop and micro-roastery experience, shaped around the brand’s culinary identity and the client’s vision for a minimalist yet warm neighborhood destination. The concept emphasizes material honesty, functional flow, and a calm, elevated customer experience.

The scope included space planning, hospitality design development, custom millwork detailing, finish selections, FF&E specification, and lighting design to support both front-of-house experience and back-of-house efficiency. Wolfskins Interiors led the project from concept through completion, ensuring a cohesive, high-performing coffee shop environment rooted in modern Manhattan hospitality design.
